The great adventure of life and faith happens as we take new steps with God on the journey of a life time. Through this process we are RECREATED from the inside out.
Whether you are starting at the beginning, developing in discipleship or coaching another, the core material to help you is here.
The site consists of six sections. Each one aimed at a different place on the journey.
The Basics
- For those who on the early stages of the journey. This may be for recently having turned to Christ, or those who have known Christ for some time and yet not had the opportunity to grow. After being a believer three years I was helped by the Navigators. Three months later I reflected that I had grown more in that three months than in the previous three years. Time is not the issue. The real issue is maturity.
Not quite sure
- This is for those who have questions about the Christian faith. These issues can so undermine faith that it is difficult to entrust oneself to God, and so walk on with Him.
Discipleship
- These are a series of pages that give you the freedom to understand what the Bible has to say for itself. It focuses on key subjects that are taught, but rather than give you the answers it helps you develop your own insights from the source. This is done by collecting the key passages form the Bible and giving you questions to help you engage with them.
Study Guides
Bible study material and questions for cell groups, home groups, meeting up with a person one to one, or for personal study. This is the same material as in the Discipleship section, but takes you directly to the studies.
Making Disciples
- For those who are further ahead in faith, and ministry and are seeking to help others to grow. Here you will find pages and studies on the attitudes and skills needed for ministry.
Illustrations - A picture is worth a thousand words. Here is a range of illustrations and power point type presentations that summarise and bring clarity to key points of the Christian life.
Experiences from a life of faith
- The life of faith is not some academic pursuit separated from life. The Lord uses reality to question and even challenge our beliefs. In order to bring a life dimension to the teaching, I have included here some examples from my life. This then is a personal perspective on situations that have arisen in my life and how those situations have impacted my perspective on living the Christian life. .
